Your Cape Peninsula & Penguin Colony Tour begins with a comfortable early morning pick-up from your hotel or guesthouse. Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive along the False Bay coastline as we make our way to the world-renowned Boulders Beach, home to a delightful colony of endangered African penguins. Walk along the wooden boardwalks and watch these charming birds waddle, swim, and sunbathe in their natural habitat.
Next, we head further south to the spectacular Cape Point Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located within the Table Mountain National Park. Here, you’ll have the option to ride the Flying Dutchman funicular up to the historic lighthouse for panoramic views over the dramatic cliffs and wild ocean below — a truly unforgettable experience at the southwestern tip of Africa.
After exploring the reserve, we make our way to the quaint naval town of Simon’s Town for a leisurely seaside lunch at one of the harbour-front restaurants, where fresh seafood and coastal charm await.
The journey back takes us along the breathtaking Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the most scenic roads in the world. We’ll wind our way through Hout Bay and past the palm-lined promenade of Camps Bay, with plenty of opportunities for photos and stops along the way.
This full-day adventure blends wildlife, natural beauty, and coastal charm — offering the very best of the Cape Peninsula in one unforgettable experience.
