Founded in 2014 under NW Holdings T/A Cape Town Shuttle Services, our story began with a single leased vehicle and one big dream – to offer safe, reliable, and personalised transport services in Cape Town.

What started as a humble door-to-door taxi service launched at the same time ride-hailing giants like Uber entered the local market. Faced with immense competition, we made a bold pivot – focusing instead on airport transfers and tailored travel services for visitors and locals exploring Cape Town’s top attractions.

By 2017, we had proudly financed our first owned vehicle, quickly expanding to a small fleet and diving deeper into various sectors of the transport industry. Our breakthrough came with staff transport – the only consistent income stream at the time – helping us build resilience and experience across different types of passenger needs.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020 and the tourism sector came to a standstill, many in the industry closed their doors. But Cape Town Shuttle Services thrived. Our existing staff transport operations surged in demand as public transport was shut down, allowing us to serve as an essential link for businesses and healthcare providers. Though that demand eventually eased, it gave us the momentum and stability needed to bounce back stronger.
