Cancellation Notice:


  • Customers must cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.


How to Cancel:

Refunds:


  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:


  • Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.

  • If you need to change your booking (e.g., reschedule to a different date or adjust the pickup time), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, without any additional charges.


Exceptions:
