4. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

6. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one personal item. Additional fees may apply for extra luggage.

Features of the Full Day Service:

• Unlimited Mileage: Enjoy unlimited travel within the Cape Town area, making multiple stops as needed without worrying about additional charges.
• Vehicle and Fuel: The service includes the provision of a suitable vehicle for your needs and all associated fuel costs.
• Luggage: We do not charge extra for luggage, regardless of the number or size of items. However, please ensure that your luggage can be safely accommodated within the chosen vehicle.
• Duration: The service is provided for a standard duration of 8 hours. Extensions beyond this time may be available upon request and will be subject to additional charges.

Booking and Payment:

• This service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle and driver availability.
